We created four videos highlighting the features of the latest in the state of the art IBM data centers. The video & flash website includes custom shot video, imagery and 3D models. The site also includes a 3D gallery that allows the user to explore the images of the facility.

I’m an experienced Web Designer/Developer with a can-do attitude looking for a challenging new role employing the latest web technologies in the RIA industry.

Career Overview

I have been in the web industry for over 10 years and have learned to encompass many roles; from my origins in graphic design to learning Flex, AS3, HTML, CSS, Usability, Accessibility, Estimation and presenting/working with clients. As a designer I have always been interested in technologies that push my design in different ways. When I come up with a concept for a site, I like to also plan how to I’m going to build it and see it through to the final product.

Technical Leadership Exchange Summit

The TLE Summit was a world wide event with over 4 thousand IBM technical leaders. We created a custom website that allowed the attendee to select their sessions in their timezone. The Adobe Flex interface is linked into a Notes database keeping a full record of the users participation throughout the event.

HBDI interactive is a 3 hour online course that guides the user through the results of the ‘Whole Brain Thinking’ evaluation. Being the lead designer / developer, the course I created used Flex communicating to a database to get the users results and integrating them dynamically throughout the custom course.

Technical Leadership Exchange Search Tool

This is a tool that allows users to search for TLE talks presented over the last 5 years. The Adobe Flex tool communicates to a Notes database and was built in such a way that it could be used for multiple events. By customizing the XML configuration file the tool can accept just about any data source to search including features such as calendar view, custom colors, rating events, play audio, accessibility, save favorites, colored by series, local time conversion and much more.

IBM Project Executive Course

This is a 4 hour course to become a Projects Executive. The course includes videos of the Senior Project Executives talking about their roles and passing on their experiences. This course was built using Flex which records the users progress as well as tests the participant throughout the course.
